What is our refund policy?
—All merchandise must be unused and in their original packaging with tags attached.
—Returns must be accompanied by a receipt for a refund.
—No returns will be made for furniture.
—All refunds will be refunded on the purchasing card. It can take up to 10 business days for a refund to post to your account.
—Holiday merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase and may not be returned after the holiday.
—Non holiday decor must be returned within 20 days of purchase.

Return Policy Online Orders
—We will issue a refund for damaged boxes upon receiving an email with photo proof of damage along with the claim number from USPS. Please include your packing slip with your return.
—Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
—We do not process returns on weekends or holidays.
—It can take up to 10 business days for a refund to post to your account after we have received your returned items.
